Mickey Rooney - the man with the most infectious grin in the movies - is 91 today. IMDb lists his first credit as 1926. With two films in pre- and two in post-production, I'm counting that as ten decades in the movies.Plus, the dude was once married to Ava Gardner.

Now that is ironic considering I just reviewed Breakfast at Tiffany's a week ago!! I was actually wondering if he was still alive but hadn't got around to checking it out.
Yup, still alive and still making films. Talk about staying power!
